Fr. Mathew’s 2016 Camp of Excellence
Fr Mathew’s Basketball Club are once again running our annual Easter Basketball Camp during half term this year – Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st March. Get your application form as soon as possible as places will be booked on a first come basis.
This year Fr Mathew’s Camp have coaches from the USA (NCAA Div I), Irish U15 International coach & Fr Mathews Ladies National League. The Camp will focus on Basketball Fundamentals and detailed Player Improvement Programs with specific focus on individual player strengths. The lead coaches for this year’s camp are Pat Price (Irish U15’s Coach), Puff Summers (Davidson University) and James Fleming (Fr Mathews National League Coach).
Venues: Senior Camp – Douglas Community School
Junior Camp – Ballyphehane Community Center
Dates: Tuesday 29th – Wednesday 30th – Thursday 31st March 2016
Duration: Senior Camp – 10.00am to 3.00pm each day
Junior Camp – 10:00am to 2:00pm each day
Cost: Senior Camp – €50 (1 player), €75 (2 players or more from one family)
Junior Camp – €30 (1 player), €45 (2 players or more from one family)
Age categories: Junior camp – players aged 10 to 13
Senior camp – players aged 13 to 18 (NOTE: Experienced 13 yr olds to attend Senior Camp)
Payment: Cash or cheques (made payable to Fr Mathew’s Basketball Club)
