U18 Michael Heffernan Tournament
Cork County Basketball Board are pleased to announce that the U18 Boys Michael Heffernan Tournament will be held on Saturday October 30th at the Parochial Hall in Gurranabraher and 1 other venue if needed. Closing date for entries is September 30th 2021 and contact can be made with Willie McCarthy at the email address secretarycorkcountytbasketballboard@corkbasketball.com. As the U18 National Cup starts the following weekend, this gives Clubs a chance for much needed game time. This is one of the longest running Tournaments in Ireland running well in excess of 20 years.
It is envisaged that we will have Pools of 5 Teams which would give every team at least 4 games in the Tournament, to be followed by Semi Finals and Final.
